Explorer Presentations

  • Meet with your explorer partners.
  • Share your reports with everyone in the group.
  • Partners must contribute one part of their explorer report toward the creation of the group’s presentation. The presentation will include the following parts:
  1. Introduction – The introduction will include the explorer’s name and all your explorer partners.
  2. Portrait – The portrait will be hung along the proper location of the time line.
  3. Report – Combine as many facts as you can from all the reports and present them to the class.
  4. Map – Complete an overhead map of the world similar to the map on the report. Include the continents, the oceans, the place they sailed from, their journey, and where they sailed.
  5. Poem – Decide on an acrostic poem that best describes the explorer.
  • Work as a team. Share the work.
